Hi, my name is Jim Sterling. I’m a husband and father and I get to spend a lot of my time helping people. Four years ago God called me to “the better thing”. I’m still exploring what that means but continue trusting Him to let me know on a day to day basis. We as a family continue seeking God with all that we have and watching Him lead us is incredible. What a wonderful few years it’s been.
I believe with all my heart and witness on a daily basis that God’s doing something new and it doesn’t look or operate the way it always has. He’s moving in the lives of people that have been rejected by religion and conventionality and drawing close those that will reach out and truly love those that are different. He’s using people that don’t have all the answers but are not afraid of the questions. There’s an uprising underway, seek Him with all your heart to see what your distinctive role will be.

It is great to know that God is controling my life and already has everything planned, and that he is keeping me safe and secure and i can rely on him in my life

The journey to ” the better thing” can be lonely…yet His presence is our covering by day and our light by night. Glad to hear you long for better not settle for worse. My husband and I journey without certainty of the future but with certainty that we can not turn back!! May Jesus be enough!!
